Academic achievements rewarded at CIU

CIU organized a Ceremony on March 21st  both to reward the Academic Achievements  and to celebrate the success of the highest ranking  students in their respective  departments as well as to create an incentive to encourage academic success.  

Certificates of achievement were presented to students from every department who were at the verge of fulfilling their graduation requirements and who had the highest general weighted grade point average.

In his speech, CIU Rector Prof. Dr. Halil Nadiri said, "We appreciate and reward our students' efforts to achieve the best, their dedication and their passion for knowledge. These values are the cornerstones that contribute not only to individual success but also to the growth and development of our university. You are one of the greatest driving forces behind the increasing success of Cyprus International University and we are proud of you.”

CIU Dean of Students Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Emiroğlu said in his speech, "Our valuable highest-achieving  students, you are not only individuals who score high grades in exams but also young people who question, who conduct research, and most importantly are passionate about learning and look into the future with hope. The awards you receive today are not only a certificate of success but also a proof of your self-discipline, patience and determination."
