Radio and Television Unit

CIU Radio and TV Unit is the unit where TV News Reporting, design, editing and short filmmaking practices are implemented. Media-oriented works based on practical and theoretical concepts are carried out within the studio, building a bridge between theory and practice.

Recording, editing and archiving of the events held at CIU such as symposiums, discussions and promotions are also done by the studio. At the radio studio, along with the coursework of Faculty of Communication students, students from all departments can produce radio programs. CIU FM broadcasts 24 hours non-stop, with its rich repertoire and wide audience, and can be listened to via local radio services in TRNC and via the Internet around the world.
